Thanks for the suggestion. The present notation is however trying to keep some backwards compatibility with the original version, which motivates sticking to give Y. In any case, give Y is one of the most frequently used actions in practice, so it would be preferable to change the notation for the lesser-used provide d instead. I'll ponder the matter further...
